How do I join an online meeting?

You will need to register for an account before you are allowed to join a meeting.
1. Create an account at www.wiredmeeting.com/signup.php.
2. Once you log into your account, click on "Enter Meeting" to join a meeting.
3. If the meeting is public, you can simply click on it to join. If its a private meeting, then please enter the meeting number to join.

How do I buy a subscription to Wired Meeting?

Registering takes minutes and all our customers start with our free seven day trial. Each account is unlimited, which allows you to attend unlimited meetings.

Can I host meetings?

Our $67 monthly plan allows you to attend unlimited meetings. On our standard monthly plan you cannot host meetings. If you wish to find out more about hosting meetings with us, then please contact us and we will set up a custom plan for you.

How can I make changes to my account and subscription?

Go to www.wiredmeeting.com/member.php to make changes to your account and subscription.

How do I cancel my free trial?

To cancel online at any time during your free trial, simply click here to log in and go to your account page. Click on "Billing" and you will see an option to cancel your trial. Otherwise, at the end of your free trial period you will be automatically subscribed to our Monthly Plan.

How do I cancel my paid subscription plan?

To cancel online at any time during your free trial, simply click here to log in and go to your account page. Click on "Billing" and you will see an option to cancel your monthly subscription plan. Because Wired Meeting is a pre-paid service, your service will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period. At that time, your plan will be discontinued and will not renew again.

How can I review the charges billed to my account?

You can check your payment history by logging in (if necessary) and going to your "Billing" page.

Who do I contact if I have a billing question or if I need to request a refund?
